Maracaturra, a hybrid of the Maragogype "Elephant Bean" and Caturra Bourbon varietals, takes its name from its two parent varietals. Its large, porous beans are similar to those of the Maragogype, but with the more exciting flavors of the Caturra Bourbon varietal.
With notes of apple, pear, and honeysuckle, this is one of the four Los Pinos Estate coffees offered by Parisi Coffee.
