This coffee is an amalgamation of multiple high-quality coffee varietals, patio-dried in a natural process that brings forward many rich tasting notes. Parisi Coffee's Nicaragua Matagalpa has a juicy body and lingering finish.
With notes of dark cherry, light brown sugar, butter, and maple this is one of four coffees we offer from Finca Los Pinos, three of which are Maracaturras and can be found in our Producer's Collection.
This coffee used to be called "Nicaragua Natural - Los Pinos Estate" as a part of a limited collection. But, we loved it so much that we decided to add it to our Everyday line!
