Argosy Casino Hotel & Spa held a ribbon cutting on Thursday, December 29, 2022 to celebrate the Grand Opening of Parisi Café, a new coffee house and cocktail bar inside the Casino’s grand atrium. The beautifully designed café features an innovative menu of gourmet coffee - exclusively from locally owned Parisi Coffee - coffee-inspired cocktails, beer and wines, as well as handmade pastries and grab-and-go specialty foods.

“The café offers our players an ideal setting to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee during the day, relax for a mid-afternoon break or indulge with a specialty cocktail in the evening,” said Lance George, Vice President and General Manager at Argosy. “And the classic Italian style of Parisi lends itself perfectly to Argosy’s design aesthetic.”

The innovative drink and cocktail menu at Parisi Café includes Parisi's signature, traditional Italian coffee beverages like their Cappuccino Tradizionale and fan favorites like their Espresso Martini. All coffee and espresso-based drinks will be made-to-order from hand-picked beans that have been locally roasted at the company’s roasting facility in Kansas City.

The food and pastry menu features savory pastries including delicious croissants, cookies, and muffins, as well as grab-and-go sandwiches, salads, and other specialty food items.
