Panache Chocolatier Now Serving Parisi

Panache Chocolatier & Parisi Coffee Pair Confections & Coffee on the Plaza

Parisi Artisan Coffee is excited to announce a new partnership with Panache Chocolatier & Café. Nestled inside their boutique location in the heart of the Plaza at 418 Nichols Road, Panache Chocolatier will be expanding their menu to include the Italian-style espresso, coffee and seasonal drink features currently offered at Parisi Café.

“We wanted to find a way to expand our menu with a great coffee program,” said Julie House, owner of Panache, “but we also wanted to partner with someone who approached their business from the local artisan perspective the same way we do.”

Panache owners and staff spent several weeks working with Parisi’s menu developer and trainer Kate Blackman as well as other staff to hone their Barista skills. Blackman and team also assisted Panache in setting up the wares needed to prepare products to the exacting standard used in Parisi’s own cafés.

Panache will offer a full coffee menu including brewed coffee, espresso, lattes and cappuccinos, iced coffees as well as classic Italian treats like the “Affogato” using espresso and Panache’s hand-made ice cream for a one-of-a-kind delight. Panache will also be featuring pour-over brewed single origin coffees and a seasonal drink menu using Parisi’s hand-crafted syrup flavorings.


For over 36 years Panache Chocolatier & Cafe continues to be Kansas City’s premiere chocolatier located at the heart of the historical Country Club Plaza. Their classic European-style boutique and café highlights our chocolates that are hand crafted daily utilizing the freshest and finest ingredients. The relaxed café is a perfect setting for a quick breakfast of freshly baked pastries, quiches and handmade espresso drinks. Panache focuses on the careful selection plus blending of flavors to create well balanced, truly artisanal chocolates, confections and beverages.


Kansas City-based Parisi Artisan Coffee first began roasting coffee in Kansas City in 2006 by a longtime local Italian family who had established several successful artisan food companies under the parent company, Paris Brothers Inc. All Parisi coffees are small-batch, drum roasted at the company’s Kansas City production facility off Southwest Boulevard near the historic Crossroads Arts District. Parisi prides itself on its careful, hand-crafted brewing process and high-quality specialty coffees.
