Orders are processed for shipping Monday-Friday. Orders submitted by 12-Noon Central Standard Time will be processed within the next 2 business days. Availability to process the order depends upon the coffee order and our roasting schedule as we try to ship as close to roast date as possible.
We offer USPS Priority Mail and Federal Express Home Delivery (2-day and Ground shipping options). Ground shipping typically takes 5-8 business days after your order is processed, 2-day shipping takes 2 business days after your order is processed. If you place your order after 12-Noon CST on a Monday – Thursday, it will be processed for shipping the following business day or the day after. If you place your order between 12:01pm CST on Friday and 11:59pm CST on Sunday, it will be processed received and processed the following Monday.
Shipping rates provided are those directly calculated from the USPS and Federal Express, based on weight and the shipment method selected.
You will receive an initial order confirmation email after submitting your order. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 24-72 hours of placing your order, try checking your junk mail or spam folder. We do not offering tracking for packages that have been selected to ship via USPS Priority Mail.
Not at this time. You will need to create individual orders for each “ship-to” location.
We can only ship to PO Box if the shipping method selected is USPS mail. No tracking is available for these shipments.
ONLINE ORDERING ISSUES
If the information you entered does not match what your bank has on file exactly, our site rejects the transaction because we have set very high security settings. However, your bank still preauthorizes the amount of the transaction based on the request. Your bank will remove this pre-authorized amount once they process the decline from our site.
No. We do not collect any personal information when an item is purchased or delivered, other than what you supply. Supplying your email address for order processing is necessary to receive confirmations, however, we do not and will not sell or supply any of information to 3rd parties without your expressed written consent.
