We take Colombia La Primavera coffee beans and condition them in a retired bourbon barrel from our friends at Union Horse Distilling, Co. The lingering aromatics of the bourbon are absorbed into the green beans, both rehydrating the coffee while imparting exquisite flavors. Parisi then roasts the beans to maximize the natural essence of every bean.
