Our Pumpkin Caramel Syrup is our homage to the wonderful flavors of the season. First we gut and separate the fresh pumpkins into wedges. We generously apply pats of butter, cinnamon and nutmeg then roast in the oven until ready. After the pumpkin is ready, we puree the roasted goodness and marry it with our house-made caramel.
